This book consists of short, figurative, and elliptical poems. The title points to the time and a possible light on it. Each object plays the original role of ""poor art,” whose major icon could be the old worn out boots painted by Van Gogh. In all, the metaphorical shortage used to attain a rare lyrical intensity, is unusual in our poetry today.
